Clear back in July - in fact - July 4th weekend - we all went camping. On Sunday, we had all of our kids there and had a great time and a fabulous dutch oven dinner. We decided it was officially our 1st Doug Alldredge Family Reunion. Here are a lot of pictures. Enjoy!
Here's Kendall working on the buggy. We just got it for the kids to ride. We are still deciding whether to keep it or not. It's fun - but not as fun as the other toys to drive.

This is Jason- hiding behind the helmet. All the boys LOVED the dirt bike. Jeremy even rode it after wrecking on it - going to urgent care - getting a boot to wear. The dirt bike was never idle long!

We are probably going camping again Labor Day Weekend. I sure hope so. It is so much fun - and lots cooler than Mesa!
This is about as long as we could get Carson to sit still with Grandma! He just wants to go-go-go!

Kris and Mikel came along too. (The only one not here - Matt - who couldn't move around much at the time with his bum ankle. We missed him!)

Jason wasn't too excited about coming. He was more into reading a new book he had just got and couldn't leave it hom-which is surprising because he usually loves watching baseball. 
The week of August 18th - Mom and Vaughn came to spend with us. Vaughn had the week off (can you believe he actually took some time off?) - and they chose to drive down and visit us. We were so excited to have them here. We took Mom and Vaughn to a game. Vaughn had never been to a major league game before - and only to 1 professional sports game - back in the late 1970's to a Jazz/Sonics pre-season game. He seemed to really enjoy the baseball game.
Here we are after the game. Mom was so sure the D-backs wouldn't win. We got there in the 1st inning with them behind 4-0 - but we won and it was pretty exciting.
Mikel, Kris and Dani came too - but they were in the upper deck. Check out Mikel's blog for more pictures!
What a cutie she is. Can you believe that she is in the 4th grade! Her teacher is Miss Ferguson. On a side note - Miss Ferguson graduated from high school with Jeremy and was part of his big group. He even went out with her to one of the dances. That is weird. Now I do feel old! 
By the way - I have some really cute pictures of Doug that the older kids did with his hair quite a few years ago, but I haven't ever scanned them into my computer. What do you think - should I do it and take the chance of my husband being really upset at being out there for the world to see him with bows and barrettes in his hair?
